Scott Knoll

 

Chief Executive Officer and President

Scott joined Integral Ad Science in 2011 and has helped expand the company's offerings from brand safety to a full suite of advertising analytics measuring media inventory quality and its impact on driving results.  Under his leadership, Integral has become the de facto standard for a majority of the industry for measuring ad viewability, fraud, safety and overall inventory quality.  Furthermore, the company's solutions have become critical to the entire digital media ecosystem for maximizing advertising performance across display, video and mobile.  In his 3 years since joining, the company has expanded to Europe and Asia and was recently recognized as the 6th Fastest growing company in the New York area by Crain’s Magazine.

Prior to Integral, Scott was most recently the founder and President of Aperture, the audience targeting and measurement technology platform that provides business intelligence to blue chip brands, agencies, and online publishers.  Scott has more than 18 years of global experience in internet technology, digital advertising, and traditional media. Prior to Aperture, Scott spent six years as a senior executive at DoubleClick Inc., directing the launch and development of the DoubleClick ad network in nine countries, including Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, China, Taiwan, New Zealand, Singapore, and Korea. Scott also served as managing director of DoubleClick Asia Pacific and Vice President and General Manager of Global Marketer Solutions.

Previously, Scott co-founded and served as COO of Verified Person, and has held management roles at Time Warner Inc. and Andersen Consulting. Scott holds an MBA from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University.

Rick Okin

Chief Technology Officer

Rick joined Integral in 2014 as Chief Technology Officer driving all technology related functions at Integral. He is responsible for managing all aspects of technology and system operations including application development, project management and architecture, software methodology, infrastructure, software deployment and technical support. Rick brings with him thirty years of experience in the information technology industry and a unique blend of business leadership, strategic vision, and quantitative expertise. 

Before joining Integral, Rick worked as CIO of Kinetic Social where he managed all aspects of Kinetic's data, technology and system operations. Prior to Kinetic, Rick came from Epic Advertising where he developed ad network and ad tracking technologies and managed the company's full systems deployment, and served on the executive team though the company's sale/merger to Connexus Corp. Rick has served as CTO and Co-Founder of dbConcert Inc. where he was instrumental in building dbConcert's OpenAdaptor component based framework, which was the foundation for all of dbConcert's integration projects.

Rick has been Chief Information Officer at LinkShare Corporation (acquired by Rakutan), Director of Software Development with TIR Securities (acquired by E*Trade), and as a Managing Director with Delphi Associates and 4Tech Services Oracle RDBMS consulting firms. Rick also worked in various capacities for Oracle itself, and began his technology career with AT&T Bell Laboratories where he was responsible for the rollout of Relational Database Software for their 3B UNIX line.

Rick holds a B.A. from Vassar College and has completed graduate work in the field of Biochemistry. He also serves as an advisor for technology and operations to a number of early stage technology companies.

Michael Iantosca

 

Senior Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer

Michael joined Integral in early 2012 to lead the charge in driving continued growth in the U.S. and UK as well as develop its business across key international markets. He brings over 12 years of sales experience in the technology and data driven marketing industries. Prior to Integral, Michael served as the Vice President of Ad Sales for VEVO, the world’s leading all-premium music video and entertainment platform. There he led the company’s East and Midwest revenue producing operations. Previously he was Vice President, MTV Digital Sales, at MTV Networks, managing all aspects of digital sales for MTV.com, MTVU college sites and related vertical networks.

Michael spent the first half of his career at Microsoft Digital Advertising Solutions where he served in a variety of roles including search, international and domestic media sales. Michael holds a B.S. in Business from Pepperdine University and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University.

David Hahn

 

Senior Vice President, Product Management

David leads product management at Integral, overseeing product vision and roadmap. David joined Integral in 2009 and was fundamental in building out the core of Integral's product line today.

David has worked with several startups and mature technology organizations and brings more than 15 years of executive product management, marketing and strategy experience to Integral. Previously, he was an executive with Safenet's digital media services group, the leading provider of digital protection and measurement services. David managed their portfolio of digital asset protection services, transforming it to take advantage of emerging opportunities in digital media distribution at major studios, record labels and publishers. 

Prior to that, at Message Labs, one of the world's largest software-as-a-service messaging security organizations, David was responsible for the product management and product strategy for North America and Asia Pacific markets. Before MessageLabs, he ran product management and marketing for Mail.com, a consumer webmail service. 

David is very active in the NYC startup community. He's a mentor with First Growth Venture Network and TechLaunch, mentoring programs for high potential seed and early stage startup tech companies in and around New York City. He also co-chairs the IAB Traffic of Good Intent Education committee and can often be found on panels or speaking at industry events about the trends and technology in the digital advertising ecosystem.

Kiril Tsemekhman

 

Senior Vice President, Chief Data Officer

Kiril joined Integral to oversee and streamline its comprehensive big data strategy throughout the organization. He leads an expert team of data scientists who collect, store, and analyze data for implementation across Integral's product solutions. Kiril also manages strategy implementation across different levels and departments, ensuring data is used correctly and follows standard data operating procedures, data accountability policies, and data quality standards.

Kiril's career in online advertising spans two innovative startups. Most recently as a CTO and Chief Scientist at Red Aril, Kiril led design and development of Data Management Platform, a unique combination of real-time audience segmentation and targeting, proprietary real-time bidding solution (trading desk) and sophisticated in-depth audience analytics. He built and managed a team of engineers and scientists with whom he introduced innovative 'Big Data' analytics and real-time solutions including distributed non-relational in-memory and analytics data stores. Red Aril was acquired by iCrossing/Hearst.

Prior to Red Aril, he led the development of a sophisticated behavioral segmentation, classification and modeling platforms at NebuAd. Kiril also co-founded, developed the technology for and successfully operated a database marketing company. Before venturing into the online advertising world, Kiril had a career in research and taught physics and chemistry at the University of Washington in Seattle. Kiril holds a Ph. D in Theoretical Physics from the University of Washington.

Kristin Leary

 

 

Senior Vice President, Finance

Kristin has over 15 years of experience as an accountant and financial executive. She was most recently at PulsePoint, where she held the position of VP, Financial Controller. There, she formed the entire finance department, held a key role in nine acquisitions and oversaw the respective transitions. She improved the financial results through the reduction of costs by as much as 10% while protecting revenue sources and implemented several procedures and controls which resulted in operational efficiencies.  Kristin has also served as a mentor in an external program for professional women based on her position and has been an informal mentor to many employees throughout her career.

Prior, she held the role of Financial Controller at Summit Systems, where she was responsible for all internal and external financial reporting, and earlier in her career was the Financial Reporting Manager at Thomson Media. She has also held Senior Audit roles at Arthur Andersen. Kristin received a B.S. in Accounting from Providence College.

Bryan St. John 

Senior Vice President, International

Bryan is a member of the founding team at Integral Ad Science and is responsible for international expansion and global partnerships. During the company's first three years, Bryan ran Integral's business operations and strategic partnerships. Prior to Integral, Bryan lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he focused on private equity investments in early-stage technology companies.

Earlier in his career, he was a member of the Institutional Investor top-ranked team at Sanford Bernstein covering broker-dealers and exchanges. While at Bernstein, he co-authored a now standard white paper in the field, Institutional Equities / Searching For a New Business Model. Bryan is an Executive Board Member of the Timbofund. He holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from NYU Stern and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College.

Karlie Santucci

Vice President, Client Services

Karlie joined Integral Ad Science in July 2012. Prior to Integral, Karlie served as theVP of East Coast Sales following her position as the Director of Client Services at PulsePoint, a global digital technology company for audience and content. At PulsePoint, she managed the client services and sales division, during the company’s merger (previously Datran Media and ContextWeb. Prior to the merger, Karlie had headed the Client Services team for Aperture, a data company within Datran Media. Before PulsePoint, she worked at CMC Markets, a UK based financial derivatives dealer, and was responsible for the marketing and the sales of the company's services.

Karlie also served as the head of the marketing department of Superfund Asset Management, US. Karlie holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Loyola University. 

Avi Goldwerger

Vice President, Marketing

Avi is a seasoned marketing executive with domain expertise in AdTech, Digital Media, and Consumer Products. Most recently, Avi was VP Marketing at Solve Media, an engagement technology company; and Chief Marketing Officer at Oddcast, a pioneer in social media and viral marketing. Previously, Avi held key marketing positions at large brands, including marketing of HBO’s Special Interest DVD titles, and has managed of some of L’Oreal’s leading hair color brands.  Prior to that, Avi worked at leading advertising agencies McCann and Bates.

Avi holds a B.A. in Economics from Tel Aviv University.

Niall Hogan

Managing Director, UK

Niall joined Integral in 2013 to lead the growing UK and European team. Niall is a seasoned Commercial Director and Business Development Professional. He has 12 years experience in developing and growing online digital and technology businesses, especially in the UK and European markets. Most recently, Niall was the UK Commercial Director for Adotube, where he helped establish the company as a key player in the UK video market. Prior to Adotube, he was an instrumental member of the Tribal Fusion UK management team. As Sales Director, he launched the Firefly Video product and developed the company into a leading display, data and video business within the UK advertising industry.

Olaf Mahr

Managing Director, DACH

Olaf joined Integral in 2014 to support the company's global operations overseas. In this role, he is responsible for driving sales and operation across all german-speaking markets of Europe. Olaf leads client adoption of Integral's digital technology solutions and oversees the growing presence in this market. Olaf has over fifteen-years of experience in the online advertising industry from Video to Media management. Prior to joining Integral, Olaf was CEO of Voodoo Video a online video network focused on converting standard ad placements into video advertising both online and in mobile. 

Olaf holds a bachelor’s degree for Business Administration from Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg.

Stephen Dolan

Managing Director, APAC

Stephen Dolan, managing director of Asia Pacific, brings a proven track record of establishing US-based advertising and technology companies in Asia, including aQuantive and DoubleClick. Dolan was Facebook's first employee in Asia, responsible for establishing operations in Singapore, Hong Kong and Seoul. Prior to Facebook, Dolan led Microsoft Advertising's monetization efforts across Asia as well as managed sales in the region.

Stephen holds a B.A.Sc. in Applied Science - Clinical Psychology from Griffith University.

Jason Cooper

General Manager, Mobile 

Jason has been working in the mobile space for the past 14 years across Europe and Asia Pacific. He has worked across technology, product and business development and held senior roles in a number of mobile advertising companies. In 2012 Jason founded and was CEO of Simplytics, the worlds first agency side ad server for mobile that focused on brand safe measurement for app’s and mobile sites. Jason was responsible for securing deals with Starcom EMEA and Omnicom EMEA as preferred mobile ad sever as well as a number of other high profile agencies. In 2014 Simplytics was acquired by Integral Ad Science and Jason now General Manager for Mobile based out of London.

Jason holds a bachelor's degree in Business from Auckland University of Technology.

Terance Kinsky

Vice President, Technical Services

Terance is a member of Integral's founding team and currently leads the technical services group responsible for integrating and managing all supply side/Ad Network clients. Terance has a deep level of online marketing experience gained from joining Commission Junction as a start-up in 2000. There, he ran the industry-leading Network Quality operation where he played an active role in establishing the Affiliate Marketing Code of Conduct.  He served at Commission Junction until 2008, with his final role as Vice President of Client Solutions, managing the self-service CJ Access solution.  This solution generated over $50M at the time of his departure.  In addition to Network Quality, Terance lead product technology, professional services, and client services under the CJ Access umbrella. Prior to Commission Junction, Terance worked as an application engineer for DP Technology and IBM.

Terance has an MS in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Brooklyn Polytechnic University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland.

Ian Wallin

Vice President, Sales

Ian joined in 2014 to head the North American advertiser and agency division of Integral. Ian provides an inflexible level of support and service to clients ensuring Integral’s products are in line with their marketing goals. He has over nineteen years of digital advertising experience with a extensive background in ad sales. 

Prior to joining Integral, Ian worked at TV Guide.com and TV Guide Mobile as SVP Digital Sales, Sales Development and Ad Ops where he was responsible for creating and implementing their first programmatic and mobile sales strategies.  

Ian holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.

Harmon Lyons

Vice President, Business Development

Harmon joined Integral in 2013 to support the company's accelerated growth and demand for its media quality solutions. In this role, Harmon is responsible for driving revenue through client adoption of Integral's digital technology solutions that help advertisers, trading platforms and sellers plan, execute and optimize their media quality, driving improved ROI.

Harmon is a sixteen-year veteran of the online media industry. He has led and mentored teams representing all forms of digital advertising from Search to Gaming. Prior to Integral, Harmon was the Managing Director and Global Vice President of Business Development for Resolution Media an Omnicom Media Group Company focused on search, social and performance marketing. Harmon also held other executive positions at Resolution Media including Vice President of Business Development in the US and Managing Director of the Midwest.

During his career Harmon has been responsible for selling and managing media of approximately one billion dollars.

Harmon holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois’ College of Business.
