Making operations less labour-intensive is going to bring down the pressure on what people don&#8217;t want to do and free up their time to do what they really want to do.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shufen Goh, co-founder and principal at R3, added: &#8220;People need to find purpose in showing up for work. We have to create the right environment with a great purpose\u2014this is not just an important area for millennials and Gen Z\u2014this is an important area for anyone\u2014the pandemic has forced everyone to reckon with this existential question: what&#8217;s your purpose in life?&#8221; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vivian Tan, sales director at Integral Ad Science, explained: &#8220;Employers can listen to what&#8217;s taking place and what each employee is looking for beyond remuneration. As the company grows, each of us wants to grow with the company. Upskilling and mobility are also aspects to show companies really care.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meanwhile, Anita Kanal, former VP, customer marketing, APAC, Visa, says: &#8220;It is all about reskilling.
