En effet, si une grande partie des investissements publicitaires se font aujourd\u2019hui sur Facebook, Google et autres plateformes sociales, chacune a son propre outil de mesure alors comment \u00eatre s\u00fbr de la valeur de ses r\u00e9sultats de campagnes ?<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette question, Forbes a men\u00e9 une s\u00e9rie d\u2019entretiens avec Yann Le Roux, Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Europe du Sud d\u2019IAS (Integral Ad Science), Domitille Doat, CDO, Danone,\u00a0Reyes Justribo Ferrer Directrice G\u00e9n\u00e9rale IAB Espagne, Susana Voces, Vice-pr\u00e9sidente en charge du D\u00e9veloppement, Deliveroo et Sandra Bergamo, Directrice du d\u00e9partement Analytics et Business Development de Kantar Worldpanel.<\/p>\n<p>Pour <strong>Sandra Bergamo, Kantar Worldpanel<\/strong> : \u00ab <em>Dans le monde du digital, on ne peut pas \u00eatre juge et partie. Il faut donc travailler avec des tiers de confiance. C\u2019est de l\u00e0 que vient ensuite la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi les grandes plateformes comme Google et Facebook travaillent avec des tiers de confiance comme <strong>Integral Ad Science<\/strong> pour v\u00e9rifier la visibilit\u00e9 de leurs campagnes.<\/p>\n<p>La visibilit\u00e9 est en effet un des grands piliers de la qualit\u00e9 m\u00e9dia des campagnes publicitaires digitales, les 2 autres \u00e9tant la brand safety et la fraude. Cette qualit\u00e9 m\u00e9dia a un impact direct sur la performance des campagnes. <strong>Yann Le Roux, IAS<\/strong> commente\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0<em>Selon notre <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/go.integralads.com\/fr-mqr-2019-h1.html\"><em>Barom\u00e8tre de la qualit\u00e9 m\u00e9dia<\/em><\/a><em>, la visibilit\u00e9 ne cesse de progresser dans le monde avec un taux d\u2019impressions visibles qui avoisine les 70%. Mais il reste des progr\u00e8s \u00e0 faire puisqu\u2019un tiers des impressions restent invisibles.\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Pour <strong>Susana Voces, Deliveroo<\/strong>, il est \u00e9galement important de\u00a0\u00ab <em>travailler avec des fournisseurs et des partenaires fiables pour \u00e9viter les faux comptes et les donn\u00e9es non l\u00e9gitimes<\/em>.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>En effet, \u00ab\u00a0<em>la fraude publicitaire peut toucher jusqu\u2019\u00e0 10% des investissements publicitaires des annonceurs\u00a0qui ne prot\u00e8gent pas leurs campagnes avec des technologies anti-fraude comme les n\u00f4tres\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> selon <strong>Yann Le Roux, IAS<\/strong>. Ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne complexe, la fraude publicitaire consiste \u00e0 d\u00e9tourner l\u2019argent que les marques investissent pour diffuser leurs publicit\u00e9s.
