Quel est votre r\u00f4le chez iProspect ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bonjour, je m\u2019appelle Valeriya Salikovskaya, je suis Chef de Projet Tracking au sein de l\u2019agence iProspect depuis 2019. Aujourd\u2019hui je suis en charge de grands comptes fran\u00e7ais et internationaux.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon r\u00f4le est de m\u2019assurer que toutes les campagnes digitales de nos clients soient correctement param\u00e9tr\u00e9es, lanc\u00e9es et mesur\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La qualit\u00e9 m\u00e9dia digitale est-elle un sujet important pour vos clients ? Comment travaillez-vous dessus avec vos clients ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le sujet de l\u2019ad-verification est indispensable pour nos clients dans leurs strat\u00e9gies de communications. Ils veulent s\u2019assurer que leurs publicit\u00e9s sont visibles et diffus\u00e9es dans un environnement \u00ab&nbsp;brand-safe&nbsp;\u00bb (appropri\u00e9), sans risque pour leur image de marque. La fraude est \u00e9galement un sujet au centre de leurs pr\u00e9occupations, et des outils de mesure et de filtrage sont activ\u00e9s de fa\u00e7on r\u00e9currente pour adresser ces probl\u00e9matiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>iProspect a donc un r\u00f4le important \u00e0 jouer en apportant son expertise \u00e0 ses clients avec de solides partenaires comme IAS.\u00a0Pour ce faire, nous proposons aux annonceurs d\u2019ajouter de nouveaux KPIs \u00e0 leurs plans m\u00e9dia\u00a0: taux de visibilit\u00e9, taux de brand safety, taux d\u2019impressions frauduleuses etc. Aussi avec l\u2019\u00e9volution des technologies d\u2019ad-verification nous pouvons mesurer constamment de nouveaux indicateurs pour plus de granularit\u00e9 dans nos rapports\u00a0; ceci permet de travailler aujourd\u2019hui davantage de formats et d\u2019acteurs, r\u00e9gies, r\u00e9seaux sociaux&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quels sont les sujets et objectifs prioritaires pour eux ? pour vous ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les objectifs des clients sont divers, d\u2019abord orient\u00e9s business ou branding, leurs campagnes sont avant tout d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es pour suivre un KPI m\u00e9dia. Depuis maintenant quelques temps, un glissement s\u2019op\u00e8re vers l\u2019ajout d\u2019indicateurs qualitatifs fournis par l\u2019ad-v\u00e9rification. Aujourd\u2019hui il est assez r\u00e9current d\u2019avoir une campagne branding, mais aussi trafic ou performance, avec une couche suppl\u00e9mentaire d\u2019ad-v\u00e9rification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant qu\u2019experte tracking, je pr\u00eate attention \u00e0 la granularit\u00e9 que nous pouvons avoir dans nos rapports. En effet au service tracking <em>(qui regroupe l\u2019ensemble des missions relatives \u00e0 la programmation et \u00e0 la mesure Ad-centric)<\/em>, nous cherchons \u00e0 utiliser des plateformes et outils faciles d\u2019acc\u00e8s et offrant \u00e9galement diverses fonctionnalit\u00e9s, comme par exemple le self-tagging pour nos campagnes urgentes. Aussi nous appr\u00e9cions tout particuli\u00e8rement les retours complets et r\u00e9actifs du support IAS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Avez-vous des exemples de r\u00e9ussite sur le sujet \u00e0 nous partager ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, par exemple pour un grand compte du secteur de l\u2019IT pour lequel les sujets d\u2019ad-verification sont sensibles, nous arrivons \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer nos performances chaque ann\u00e9e. Par exemple notre taux de visibilit\u00e9 pour ce client au 1er trimestre 2021 a augment\u00e9 de 10 points en un an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous portons une attention toute particuli\u00e8re au respect et au suivi de tous les crit\u00e8res de mesure, nous r\u00e9agissons le plus vite possible avec la mise en place d\u2019actions d\u2019optimisation&nbsp;: changement de partenaire(s), modification du cadre de diffusion, \u00e9largissement de la liste d\u2019exclusion, modification des inventaires partenaires, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour notre client IT, nous avons plusieurs cas de campagnes que l\u2019on peut partager sur l\u2019optimisation du taux de visibilit\u00e9&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Une campagne&nbsp;Fil Rouge 2020 \u2013 2021 o\u00f9 notre objectif \u00e9tait d\u2019obtenir un taux de visibilit\u00e9 minimum de 70%.
