Il tutto \u00e8 stato moderato da <\/span><b>Elisa Lupo, Managing Director di IAS Italia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-121449 size-medium\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Women_In_Innovation_social_speakers_all-1-760x398.jpg\" alt=\"women &amp; innovation\" width=\"760\" height=\"398\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante l\u2019evento si \u00e8 parlato di diversi argomenti, come la pandemia e l&#8217;organizzazione del lavoro durante questo periodo, le modalit\u00e0 di comunicazione, la gender equality e inclusivit\u00e0 per apportare valore in azienda. Ma <\/span><b>quali sono i temi pi\u00f9 importanti emersi durante questo confronto? <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vediamoli di seguito, singolarmente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff574a;\"><b>Sperimentare<\/b><\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e8 una delle parole chiave emerse durante la discussione. Daniela Cerrato di Mondadori Media ha affermato che la sperimentazione oggi \u00e8 fondamentale nel mercato per superare i problemi legati alla pandemia: \u201csperimentare\u00a0<\/span><b>nuove forme di dialogo con il pubblico<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ascoltandolo e adattandosi ai suoi nuovi bisogni, interessi e passioni ma anche\u00a0sperimentare<\/span><b> una modalit\u00e0 di lavoro pi\u00f9 efficiente<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, che tenga conto dell\u2019impossibilit\u00e0 di andare in ufficio e d\u2019altro canto aiuti nella gestione del tempo e nella sua divisione tra lavoro e vita personale. Al centro le persone, non pi\u00f9 lettori ma una community, un mondo in cui interagire con loro in tutti i touchpoint\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff574a;\"><b>Innovare<\/b><\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e8 una delle altre parole che hanno guidato il confronto. Puntare sull\u2019innovazione anche per la comunicazione pubblicitaria \u00e8 quanto dice Elisabetta Corazza di Danone \u201cIl Covid ci ha imposto di\u00a0<\/span><b>ripensare anche il tone of voice delle nostre campagne<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, con cui oggi pi\u00f9 che mai \u00e8 importante esprimere vicinanza ai consumatori, i canali di comunicazione, ad esempio con una\u00a0<\/span><b>maggiore focalizzazione sull\u2019influencer marketing<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0che nel 2021 sar\u00e0 per noi un asset fondamentale, ma anche le stesse innovazioni di prodotto, che devono adattarsi al grosso cambiamento che c\u2019\u00e8 stato negli ultimi mesi nelle abitudini del pubblico\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff574a;\"><b>Opportunit\u00e0<\/b><\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">che bisogna saper cogliere<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e <\/span><b>adattarsi velocemente<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> per metterle in pratica, come afferma<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Paola Sinagra di\u00a0L&#8217;Or\u00e9al. \u201cPensiamo al mondo e-commerce che negli ultimi mesi \u00e8 letteralmente\u00a0 esploso, o a quello dell&#8217;intrattenimento online, anch&#8217;esso in piena crescita. Entrambi costituiscono degli ambiti in cui pu\u00f2 essere importante puntare, anche a livello di strategia di comunicazione\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff574a;\"><b>Sostenibilit\u00e0.<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0La\u00a0<\/span><b>sostenibilit\u00e0 umana<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sar\u00e0 al centro del nuovo calendario Lavazza che verr\u00e0 presentato nei prossimi giorni, spiega Elisa Bertolotto di Lavazza e sottolinea come\u00a0<\/span><b>il 2020 sia stato un anno di grandi tematiche<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (pandemia, Black Lives Matter, le battaglie sociali, le elezioni americane e, il tema della gender equality)\u00a0 che hanno segnato i toni e i contenuti della comunicazione di un marchio di portata internazionale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>In azienda sono tante le lavoratrici donne, ma poche quelle in ruoli manageriali, perch\u00e9?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff574a;\"><b>Soft Skills.<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Secondo Elisa Bertolotto, non \u00e8 solo una questione di minor coraggio a lanciarsi in ruoli che non siano al 100% rispondenti alle nostre competenze, ma anche e soprattutto un problema di \u201cselezione\u201d. I reparti di HR infatti danno\u00a0molta pi\u00f9 importanza alle cosiddette \u201chard skill\u201d che non alle \u201csoft skill\u201d<\/span><b>,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e questo penalizza l\u2019universo femminile.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff574a;\"><b>Empatia.<\/b><\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Questa soft skill \u00e8 fondamentale nella gestione del lavoro, come dice Paola Sinagra, ma anche estremamente utile nel rapporto tra media e pubblico e nella scelta del giusto tono della comunicazione di brand.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ultima domanda, ma non meno importante:<\/span><b> Come motivi il tuo Team?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff574a;\"><b>Passione.<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Una grande passione per quello che si fa \u00e8 una forza motrice che, in tanti momenti di difficolt\u00e0 e fatica, riesce a trasferire al proprio Team una spinta motivazionale importante: coraggio, passione, determinazione e lavoro di squadra. Questo \u00e8 quanto dice Daniela Cerrato.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In aggiunta al <\/span><b>coraggio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, anche la <\/span><b>creativit\u00e0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>autenticit\u00e0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e <\/span><b>responsabilit\u00e0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> giocano un ruolo importante, come affermato dalle altre speaker.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff574a;\"><b>Diversity &amp; Inclusion.<\/b><\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019\u00e8 stato un accordo unanime<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sull\u2019importanza della diversity nel lavoro manageriale<\/span><b>,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> diversit\u00e0 che va oltre la distinzione uomo\/donna, abbracciando tutte le variet\u00e0 e sfumature del pensare diverso. \u201c<\/span><b>Inclusione \u00e8 valorizzare la diversit\u00e0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e le caratteristiche di ciascuno di noi e degli altri\u201d, dichiara Elisabetta Corazza, e \u201c<\/span><b>comportarsi in modo equo e paritario<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> nel day by day<\/span><b>,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> nel lavoro e fuori\u201d, conclude Paola Sinagra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Spunti finali di Elisa Lupo di IAS<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a fronte di quanto \u00e8 emerso durante il confronto:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diversity non \u00e8 riferito solo alla differenza fra uomo e donna, ma \u00e8 un concetto molto pi\u00f9 allargato che coinvolge altri ambiti.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Empatia nelle campagne pubblicitarie, dell\u2019editore verso i propri lettori e dal punto di vista manageriale, empatia nella gestione del proprio team\u00a0 e verso tutte le persone che ci circondano.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inclusione significa comportarsi in modo equo e paritario con tutti nella vita di tutti i giorni.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Attraverso questo confronto, \u00e8 evidente che la condivisione di esperienze e conoscenze rappresenta una chiave importante per il cambiamento e per il valore che la diversit\u00e0 e l\u2019inclusione pu\u00f2 apportare nelle aziende e nella societ\u00e0 in questo particolare periodo storico.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Appuntamento nel 1H 2021 con il secondo webinar!\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il primo webinar IAS della nuova iniziativa, Women &#038; Innovation.
