Este estudio de seguimiento se dise\u00f1\u00f3 para evaluar c\u00f3mo cambia la percepci\u00f3n del consumidor con respecto a una marca cuando sus anuncios aparecen en entornos de diferente calidad. Esto es lo que descubrimos:<\/p>\n<h3>La calidad del contenido y la relevancia de los anuncios est\u00e1n estrechamente relacionadas<\/h3>\n<p>Si bien la calidad del entorno de un anuncio digital continua siendo el factor m\u00e1s importante para los consumidores, la relevancia de los anuncios sigue siendo un aspecto clave en el que los mercad\u00f3logos deben centrarse. La oportunidad m\u00e1s grande que tienen las marcas se encuentra en la intersecci\u00f3n de estos dos factores. No solo tratando de llegar a los clientes con anuncios relevantes, sino tambi\u00e9n al asegurarse de que los anuncios se coloquen en un entorno de contenido de alta calidad, las marcas de M\u00e9xico pueden maximizar su impacto.<\/p>\n<h3>La calidad promueve la interacci\u00f3n, y m\u00e1s en M\u00e9xico que en el resto del mundo<\/h3>\n<p>En M\u00e9xico, es 79% m\u00e1s probable que los consumidores interact\u00faen con un anuncio que aparece en un entorno de alta calidad que con uno colocado en un entorno de baja calidad. Este resultado es mayor que en el resto de los pa\u00edses encuestados a excepci\u00f3n de Brasil, donde es 88% m\u00e1s probable que los consumidores interact\u00faen con este tipo de contenido. Estos magn\u00edficos ejemplos de interacci\u00f3n evidencian que el hecho de que la publicidad aparezca junto a contenido de alta calidad es m\u00e1s importante que nunca en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<h3>Existe una desconexi\u00f3n entre los consumidores y los mercad\u00f3logos<\/h3>\n<p>Aunque las marcas y los mercad\u00f3logos no siempre sienten que son responsables de la seguridad de la marca, el 77% de los consumidores mexicanos responsabilizan a una marca por el contenido que aparece junto a sus anuncios. Desde una perspectiva mundial, esta disparidad se ensancha a\u00fan m\u00e1s en pa\u00edses como Indonesia y Brasil, donde m\u00e1s del 85% de los consumidores opinan que las marcas son responsables del contenido adyacente.<\/p>\n<h3>Una mala colocaci\u00f3n de los anuncios tiene graves consecuencias<\/h3>\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de los consumidores mexicanos (89%) consideran desagradable que una marca aparezca junto a contenido de baja calidad. De esos consumidores, el 79% se muestra menos receptivo a las marcas que lo hacen. Sin embargo, lo m\u00e1s preocupante es el hallazgo de que el 62% dejar\u00e1 de usar la marca si sus anuncios aparecen junto a contenido de baja calidad.<\/p>\n<p>Conocer el entorno en el que aparecer\u00e1n tus anuncios es el primer paso para detener \u201cel efecto domin\u00f3\u201d.
