Tony Lucia

Tony joined Integral Ad Science in 2019 to lead the company’s technology organization. He joins from Patients Like Me, an iCarbonX company, where he served as Senior Vice President of Software and Data Engineering. Previously, Tony was the SVP of Data Strategy and Data Science at IAC Applications, where he drove their data transformation process from concept to commercialization.

Tony has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare and media tech sectors, with an impressive track record of delivering technology and data engineering solutions. He has held key roles at John Wiley & Sons and Thomson Reuters Healthcare.

Tony received his bachelor’s degree in business management from Mercy College in New York, and holds a certificate from the Columbia Graduate School of Business Executive Education program.

Tony Marlow

Tony joined Integral Ad Science in 2019 to lead all aspects of corporate marketing strategy, brand development and communications for the company. He joins from Infogroup, where he served as chief marketing officer, bringing a strong track record of turning data into actionable insights and empowering brands to make more impactful connections with their consumer base.

Prior to joining Infogroup in 2018, he was the global head and vice president of B2B Marketing for Yahoo and Oath, overseeing B2B Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Product Marketing, Sales Learning, and Sales Insights. Before joining Yahoo in January 2010, Tony was with Nielsen’s online division in an APAC-focused role and was based in his native Sydney, Australia. During his time at Nielsen he invented a class-leading technology for measuring brand impact in online environments which saw him working with many key clients including Google, MSN, Yahoo, and Facebook.

Tony holds two Bachelor’s degrees in psychology and commerce and a Master’s degree in strategic marketing from the Australian National University and the University of Wollongong.

Laura Quigley

Laura Quigley is Singapore based, Managing Director, Southeast Asia at Integral Ad Science. In her current role, she is building strong partnerships with clients, agencies and publishers and helping them solve their pressing business challenges with the use of cutting edge IAS technology solutions. She’s leading IAS’s regional expansion efforts as part of a larger global initiative taking place within IAS.

Previous to her current role, she held multiple positions with IAS (in ANZ and APAC) managing all commercial and business efforts for Southeast Asia.

Over the last decade, she has worked in driving digital transformation in Australia, New Zealand, EMEA and APAC having worked with companies such as Google, ZenithOptimedia among others.

She is an accomplished speaker and enjoys attending trade conferences to share her insights.

Laura holds a B.A. in Communications from University of Otago and in her free time she enjoys the local F&B scene in Singapore.

Rose Zory

Rose Zory joined IAS in 2018 with over two decades of experience as a global human resources executive, and is responsible for HR, people and talent operations across the company. As a business strategist and culture curator she has led some of the largest transformations in the marketing and advertising sector.

Before IAS she was with Dentsu Aegis Network, where she led the development of the people operations across the Americas to support unprecedented growth of the business and workforce 13x over 10 years.

Prior to Dentsu, Rose was the VP of Human Resources for Modem Media, a pioneering digital marketing agency. Rose was critical in architecting the organization’s growth strategy to scale to IPO and in leading the integration of the business after the acquisitions of Digitas and Publicis Groupe.

Rose also acts as a talent advisor for start-ups in the tech industry and has been a guest speaker for the Advanced Organizational Change Masters Program at Columbia University.

Lisa Utzschneider

Lisa Utzschneider joined IAS in 2019 as Chief Executive Officer. Under her leadership, she will focus on expanding the business into new global markets and enhancing IAS’s offerings,  including OTT video and audio.

Previously, she was the Chief Revenue Officer at Yahoo until the acquisition of Yahoo by Verizon in mid-June 2017. In this role, she led Yahoo’s sales organization globally to serve the needs of advertisers worldwide.

Prior to joining Yahoo, Lisa worked as Amazon’s Vice President of Global Advertising Sales, where she developed the company’s global advertising business through product, marketing, sales, and operations strategies, driving consistent revenue growth. Prior to Amazon, Lisa spent 10 years at Microsoft leading strategic and organizational advertising initiatives in product development, sales, and online industry standards that increased customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Her most recent position at Microsoft was General Manager of the national sales and service teams, focused on driving revenue for the company’s top online advertising accounts. She also developed the U.S. advertising go-to-market approach.

Lisa was a board member of the IAB as well as a member of the organization’s executive committee. She was also a board member for the Ad Council. Lisa has been honored in the Adweek 50, Business Insider’s “Most Powerful Women in Mobile Advertising”, New York Business Journal’s “Women of Influence” and Working Mother’s “50 Most Powerful Moms”. Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree from Bates College and a master’s degree in public administration from New York University. She is currently a trustee of Bates College.  Lisa resides in Connecticut with her husband and two daughters.

Aaron Stettner

Aaron joined Integral Ad Science in 2013 with the task of launching IAS in the west coast of the United States based in San Francisco office. He moved to London in 2018 to lead the Northern European sales efforts and is charged with developing our business with advertisers and publishers. He brings over 19 years of experience in the media and technology sectors.

Prior to IAS, Aaron served as a Sr. Account Executive at Google working in the Large Customer – Retail sector. He gained technology experience through the building and sale of Chatterfly, a small business loyalty app where he served as the SVP of Sales in charge of building company sales strategy and revenue operations. Aaron spent nearly a decade as VP, Director of Sales to Brite Media Group where he was responsible for driving revenue for the
non-traditional out-of- home media company.

Elisa Lupo

Elisa Lupo joined Integral Ad Science in 2015 to lead the strategic development of the IAS business in the Italian marketplace. Elisa has over 9 years of experience in the European digital advertising industry.

Prior to joining Integral Ad Science, Elisa spent over four years at Exponential, joining as Sales Director in London, U.K., moving up to Country Manager, Italy. Before Exponential, Elisa spent 2 years at Vibrant Media as International Sales and Business Development Manager.

Dale Older, Jr

Dale joined Integral Ad Science in 2018 to lead global product management, bringing 20 years of product and technology experience to the role. As head of product, Dale sets the strategic direction and roadmap for IAS’ market-leading suite of measurement, verification, and optimization solutions.

Dale has held a variety of roles in engineering, corporate development, and product. Dale joined Integral from AOL Advertising where he was VP of audience data products. Prior to that, he led product development and M&A for AOL’s mobile advertising business. Dale spent his early career in consulting as an engineer for CGI Group, followed by Discovery Communications where he managed programs to transform Discovery’s digital media and advertising technology.

Dale holds a BS in Information Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Carter Nicholas

Carter Nicholas joined Integral Ad Science in early 2016 to launch the Spanish and Portuguese operations. Carter brings over 20 years experience in digital advertising and advertising technologies.

Prior to joining IAS, Carter was CEO of eDataSource, the first provider of e-commerce and email marketing insights based on 25 million brand emails per day in actual consumer inboxes.

Before running eDataSource, Carter founded TripConnect, a social network providing travel advice among friends, and prior to that Carter held executive positions at several adtech companies, notably as VP of Media for Southern Europe, Canada and Latin America at DoubleClick.
