Ale Firmino joined Integral Ad Science in 2019 to lead the strategic development of the IAS business in Latin America.

Ale has over 10 years of experience in the digital advertising industry and a proven track record in launching and scaling high-growth businesses in the region.

Prior to joining IAS, Ale was most recently LATAM Managing Director at Criteo where he built a double digit multi-million dollar ad sales and publisher business. He was also part of the Booking.com start-up in Brazil and held leading roles in other tech giants like Oracle.

Ale holds a B.S. in International Business from Florida Atlantic University, and MBA in Digital Marketing from FGV in São Paulo, Brazil. In his spare time he enjoys playing tennis and kitesurfing.
