Jane joined Integral Ad Science in 2016 and is responsible for all finance, accounting, and legal functions. She is a seasoned and strategic business partner with broad experience at both public companies and venture-backed startups. Prior to joining IAS, Jane ran her own CFO consulting practice specializing in helping venture-backed startups. Before that, Jane was CFO for PrecisionDemand, a VC funded TV targeting agency based in Seattle. While at PrecisionDemand, Jane raised capital, secured debt financing, and after two years with the company she led the successful acquisition of PrecisionDemand by Adapt.TV, a division of AOL. Her previous experience includes CFO for both the traditional (TV) and emerging media divisions (Online, Mobile, Engagement) of the Nielsen Company, the world’s largest media measurement company. While at Nielsen, Jane led all aspects of the mobile and online acquisitions and integrations. Prior to joining Nielsen, she held various Finance roles at the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, including the internal audit staff.
