Elisa Lupo is the Managing Director, Italy for IAS.
Don joined Integral Ad Science in 2009 as an independent board member, and played a key role in developing IAS as a marketing leader in the digital advertising industry. In 2017, Don joined IAS full-time as Executive Chairman to help the company expand its global footprint and broaden its product offering for global brands. Don has over twenty-five years of experience in the internet advertising/marketing industry and brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and experience to the company.
Prior to joining IAS, Don was the co-founder and CEO of ispDigital, a holding group for Antevenio, Acceso, and Digilant. ispDigital’s six-hundred employees operated across ten countries to deliver earned, owned, and paid media solutions to global brands. Prior to ispDigital, Don was co-founder and Executive Chairman of Simpli.fi, a DSP focused on “localized programmatic” that was sold to GTCR. Before Simpli.fi, Don was the Global CEO of Havas Digital, the digital media arm of Havas, where he grew the company from fifty employees in three countries to one-thousand five-hundred employees in thirty-three countries. Before Havas Digital, Don was the co-Founder and CEO of HookMedia, one of the industry’s first interactive media agencies, which was acquired by Havas in 2001.
Don received an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a BA from Rutgers College at Rutgers University.
Carter Nicholas joined Integral Ad Science in early 2016 to launch the Spanish and Portuguese operations. Carter brings over 20 years experience in digital advertising and advertising technologies.
Prior to joining IAS, Carter was CEO of eDataSource, the first provider of e-commerce and email marketing insights based on 25 million brand emails per day in actual consumer inboxes.
Before running eDataSource, Carter founded TripConnect, a social network providing travel advice among friends, and prior to that Carter held executive positions at several adtech companies, notably as VP of Media for Southern Europe, Canada and Latin America at DoubleClick.
Tom joined Integral Ad Science in 2017, bringing over 18 years of business and technology experience to the role. As CTO, he oversees the company’s award-winning technology and data science teams – responsible for maintaining, developing, and operating the company’s market-leading technology solutions.
Prior to joining IAS, Tom led technology and data science at IgnitionOne, a leading omni-channel marketing technology platform. Additionally, Tom has served as CTO or CIO at a number of leading AdTech and Fintech companies including Advertising.com, AOL Advertising, and Billtrust. He also currently serves as a board member for Receptiv, an award-winning mobile video ad platform.
Tom holds a BA degree in economics from Loyola College and an MBA from the University of Baltimore.
Oliver Hülse joined Integral Ad Science as Managing Director for Germany, Austria and Switzerland in April 2017. Oliver is responsible for IAS’ growth in the DACH region.
Hülse has been in the media industry for more than 20 years and prior to Joining IAS, Oliver held the position of Managing Director at Rocket Fuel. He started his career in digital media sales at German media companies such as, Verlagsgruppe Milchstrasse and Tomorrow Internet AG, before being appointed to VP International Operations at Interactive Media CCSP GmbH.
Nick Morley joined Integral Ad Science in January 2017 to lead the strategic development of the EMEA business.
Nick has a proven track record in launching and scaling high-growth businesses across Europe, and brings over a decade of digital advertising industry experience to IAS. Nick is charged with developing and expanding the business across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Prior to joining IAS, Nick has held senior management roles at companies including Adobe, Efficient Frontier, and most recently was SVP Global Sales and Managing Director EMEA at Intent Media. There he was responsible for driving global publisher sales and leading the EMEA business.
Lee is Director, Business Development at Integral Ad Science
Eva joined Integral Ad Science in 2016 to architect, scale, and optimize the performance of its sales organization, bringing over 18 years of global experience in digital advertising, e-commerce, and market research.
Prior to IAS, Eva held several key roles within the sales organizations of various media and technology companies. She led Integrated Marketing & Insights at Pinterest, served as the VP of Sales Strategy, Product Marketing and Training for The Weather Company, and helped grow WebMD’s CPG and Pharma revenue as its VP of Sales Strategy.
Eva holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BS from Cornell University.
