Based in London, Morley is charged with driving the company\u2019s continued growth and further expansion in key European markets.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEurope is a core market for IAS and we are delighted to welcome Nick to the team to spearhead our further acceleration into new markets,\u201d said, Bryan St. John, SVP International at Integral Ad Science. \u201cHeading into 2017, we are well positioned to take advantage of our company\u2019s growth potential. Nick\u2019s understanding of differing market nuances, along with his proven expertise in scaling operations, will be a key component in our success.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Morley has a proven track record in launching and scaling high-growth businesses across Europe, and brings over a decade of digital advertising industry experience to IAS. Following senior management roles at companies including Adobe, Efficient Frontier, and most recently SVP Global Sales and Managing Director EMEA at Intent Media.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was impressed by the strength of IAS\u2019 offering \u2013 its team\u2019s expertise combined with its superior technology and growth potential is an enticing proposition,\u201d said Morley. \u201cI\u2019m excited to join at a time of key growth, and will focus on understanding and evaluating core customer needs, as well as identifying expansion strategies across new EMEA\u00a0markets.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Morley will oversee recently-launched IAS operations in Italy, Spain and the Nordics; as well as established operations in the UK, France, and Germany.<\/p>\n<p>Niall Hogan, who held the position of UK Managing Director for the last three years, with an expanded focus on strategic development in EMEA, will relocate to Singapore and take up the Managing Director SEA role, with responsibility for further increasing the company\u2019s footprint in the APAC region.<\/p>\n<p>2016 proved a very successful year for IAS, reaching over \u00a377 million in global annual revenue, making it one of the industry\u2019s fastest growing software companies.
