After eight years as CEO &amp; President of IAS, Scott Knoll has chosen to move into an advisory role for the company. Utzschneider has over 20 years of experience and most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer for Yahoo. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cI am thrilled to join IAS and work with our accomplished team to scale the company globally. Neutral third-party verification has become critical for marketers and consumers alike, and I look forward to partnering closely with our customers to best address their needs,\u201d said Lisa Utzschneider, incoming CEO, IAS.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prior to joining Yahoo as CRO, Lisa worked as Amazon\u2019s Vice President of Global Advertising Sales, where she developed the company\u2019s global advertising business through product, marketing, sales, and operations strategies, driving consistent revenue growth. Before Amazon, Lisa spent 10 years at Microsoft leading strategic and organisational advertising initiatives that increased customer satisfaction and revenue growth and developed the U.S. advertising go-to-market approach.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Lisa has been on the boards of the IAB and the Ad Council. She has been honoured in the Adweek 50, Business Insider\u2019s \u201cMost Powerful Women in Mobile Advertising\u201d, New York Business Journal\u2019s \u201cWomen of Influence\u201d and Working Mother\u2019s \u201c50 Most Powerful Moms\u201d. Lisa holds a bachelor\u2019s degree from Bates College and a master\u2019s degree in public administration from New York University. She is also a trustee of Bates College.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cOver the past eight years, it has been an honour to work with the incredible team at IAS and to lead the company as it grew from just 18 employees to over 600 around the globe. Back in July, I decided that the time was right to bring someone else to lead IAS into the next phase of its development.
