Chief Executive Officer
Lisa Utzschneider is the Chief Executive Officer of Integral Ad Science and a member of the company’s board of directors. Lisa joined IAS as CEO in January 2019, bringing more than 20 years of digital advertising expertise and tech-industry leadership experience to the role.
Prior to joining IAS, Lisa was Chief Revenue Officer at Yahoo where she oversaw the company’s global sales organization and provided solutions for advertisers worldwide. Lisa served as CRO until the acquisition of Yahoo by Verizon in June 2017.
Previously, Lisa was Amazon’s Vice President of Global Advertising Sales, where she developed the company’s global advertising business through product, marketing, sales, and operations strategies, driving consistent revenue growth. Prior to Amazon, Lisa spent 10 years at Microsoft culminating in her role as General Manager of the national sales and service teams where she focused on driving revenue for the company’s top online advertising accounts. She also developed the U.S. advertising go-to-market strategy.
Lisa serves as a board member for the Ad Council, Bates College, and Greenwich Academy. Notable honors include: She Runs It “Woman of the Year 2020,” the Adweek 50, Business Insider’s “Most Powerful Women in Mobile Advertising,” New York Business Journal’s “Women of Influence,” and Working Mother’s “50 Most Powerful Moms.” Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree from Bates College and a master’s degree in public administration from New York University. She resides in Connecticut with her husband and two daughters.
Chief Financial Officer
Joe joined Integral Ad Science in 2019 to lead the Office of the CEO and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2020, overseeing finance and accounting globally.
With more than 20 years of financial expertise, Joe joined IAS from Amazon where he was a Sales Strategy and Operations Leader for the advertising business and previously CFO of the Technology and Product Division for Audible.com. Prior to that, he was the Regional CFO for the Americas at Criteo. Throughout his career, Joe also has held senior leadership roles at The Weather Channel, Yahoo, and Time Warner Inc.
Joe earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from St. Peter’s University and an MBA from Fordham University. He currently serves on the Board of Regents at St. Peter’s University.
Chief Operating Officer
Oleg Bershadsky joined Integral Ad Science in 2019 to lead global business operations, monetization, analytics, and sales strategy.
He joins from Verizon Media where he led Americas Business Operations, Sales Insights, and Global Data Solutions functions. Oleg joined Verizon Media via acquisition of Yahoo where he was a Senior Director of Business Operations. Prior to that, Oleg held a number of high impact roles in the Yahoo Finance organization during his 9 years with the company.
Oleg holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations from New York University and a Bachelors in Economics from Stony Brook University.
Chief Revenue Officer
Chance Johnson joined IAS in 2019 to spearhead an accelerated growth plan for IAS and optimize the company’s global sales approach and strategy.
He joins IAS from Amobee where he served as the Senior Vice President and worked with Fortune 500 brands and their agencies to consolidate media investment into a more cohesive programmatic environment. Prior to that Chance was Global Vice President of Sales at Rubicon Project in London where he evangelized the need for a clean, transparent advertising marketplace to their expanding international client base. Chance joined Rubicon Project via acquisition of Chango where he led the sales and client services functions, growing the business from its earliest stage.
Johnson is a proven sales leader with over a decade of multi-country experience managing high-performing commercial sales teams and scaling revenue globally. He graduated from the University of Rhode Island.
Chief Marketing Officer
Tony joined Integral Ad Science in 2019 to lead all aspects of corporate marketing strategy, brand development and communications for the company. He joins from Infogroup, where he served as chief marketing officer, bringing a strong track record of turning data into actionable insights and empowering brands to make more impactful connections with their consumer base.
Prior to joining Infogroup in 2018, he was the global head and vice president of B2B Marketing for Yahoo and Oath, overseeing B2B Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Product Marketing, Sales Learning, and Sales Insights. Before joining Yahoo in January 2010, Tony was with Nielsen’s online division in an APAC-focused role and was based in his native Sydney, Australia. During his time at Nielsen he invented a class-leading technology for measuring brand impact in online environments which saw him working with many key clients including Google, MSN, Yahoo, and Facebook.
Tony holds two Bachelor’s degrees in psychology and commerce and a Master’s degree in strategic marketing from the Australian National University and the University of Wollongong.
Chief Product Officer
Tom joined Integral Ad Science in 2020 to lead the company’s global product organization. He brings more than 20 years of experience building innovative digital media and advertising products to the role.
Prior to IAS, Tom was the Senior Vice President and Head of Product at Intersection where he led product, user experience design, engineering, and technical operations. He also founded Impact Digital Media, which provides product and technology consulting services to the world’s top media companies and studios. Throughout his career, Tom has also held several leadership roles at NBCUniversal including Vice President, Emerging Products, and was a founding team member for Hulu. He was the recipient of the Edison Award for the launch of Hulu’s video syndication product, recognized for product and technology excellence, customer impact, and organizational citizenship.
Tom has successfully incubated, launched, and scaled several high-profile consumer media, advertising, and video products that have enabled high-revenue growth. He holds several patents for his innovations in digital media, and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from NM University.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Lisa Nadler joined Integral Ad Science in 2020 who oversees human resources, recruiting, and culture at IAS.
Previously to IAS, Lisa was the CHRO at Shutterstock where she focused on attracting and developing the best talent and building a culture of engagement, agility, and innovation. Prior to Shutterstock, she held both HR and finance leadership positions at Citibank, Gartner, Madison Square Garden, and Sotheby’s. Throughout her career, she has built strategic programs focused on delivering business results, developing differentiated talent strategies, improving performance management, and changing and aligning culture to business strategy.
Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Mathematics from Lehigh University.
Chief Technology Officer
Tony joined Integral Ad Science in 2019 to lead the company’s technology organization. He joins from Patients Like Me, an iCarbonX company, where he served as Senior Vice President of Software and Data Engineering. Previously, Tony was the SVP of Data Strategy and Data Science at IAC Applications, where he drove their data transformation process from concept to commercialization.
Tony has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare and media tech sectors, with an impressive track record of delivering technology and data engineering solutions. He has held key roles at John Wiley & Sons and Thomson Reuters Healthcare.
Tony received his bachelor’s degree in business management from Mercy College in New York, and holds a certificate from the Columbia Graduate School of Business Executive Education program.
Micah joined Integral Ad Science in 2014 to advise senior management on legal affairs including corporate and commercial transactions, compliance, litigation, and intellectual property matters.
Prior to IAS, Micah served in a similar role at Piksel Inc, a video content management services and software company. Before Piksel, Micah was a senior associate in the corporate and financial services practice of Sadis & Goldberg LLP, where he was involved in the structuring and formation of hedge funds and private equity funds, as well as the firm’s corporate transactional practice.
Micah began his legal career at the international law firm of Jones Day, where he advised Fortune 500, mid-market, and private companies on a wide variety of securities and corporate law matters.
Micah graduated cum laude from Hobart College with a BA in Philosophy. He received his JD, also cum laude, from Tulane Law School.
Senior Vice President, APAC
Managing Director, EMEA
Nick Morley joined Integral Ad Science in January 2017 to lead the strategic development of the EMEA business.
Nick has a proven track record in launching and scaling high-growth businesses across Europe, and brings over a decade of digital advertising industry experience to IAS. Nick is charged with developing and expanding the business across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Prior to joining IAS, Nick has held senior management roles at companies including Adobe, Efficient Frontier, and most recently was SVP Global Sales and Managing Director EMEA at Intent Media. There he was responsible for driving global publisher sales and leading the EMEA business.
Senior Vice President, Sales, North America
Sarah Martinez is the New York City-based Senior Vice President of North America Sales at Integral Ad Science.
With 15 years as an advertising and media professional, Sarah has led through change with a focus on operational excellence to build best-in-class sales teams, strategic go-to-market plans, and deep client relationships – always putting the customer first. Previous to her current role, she was Vice President, Sales and Strategy at Verizon Media responsible for a national field sales team across Top Fortune 500 marketers.
Over the last decade, Sarah has worked across premium publishers and ad tech at companies such as Yahoo, Time Inc, and WPP. Sarah holds an M.A. in Advertising from The Newhouse School at Syracuse University and resides in New Jersey with her husband and two children.
Managing Director, Southern Europe
Yann Le Roux joined Integral Ad Science in early 2015 to launch the Paris office. With over 18 years in the global advertising technology market, Yann is charged with developing the business across France.
Prior to joining IAS, Yann co-founded Matiro, the very first ad trading desk in France, pioneering the RTB revolution. Matiro was acquired by Numberly/1000mercisGroup in 2013.
Before launching Matiro, Yann spent three years leading Havas Digital’s global ad technology strategy, as well as the Artemis Alliance, which runs Havas’ proprietary ad analytics platform. He also spent nine years running Havas Digital in France and 2 years managing Havas Digital Canada.
Managing Director, CEE
Oliver Hülse joined Integral Ad Science as Managing Director for Germany, Austria and Switzerland in April 2017. Oliver is responsible for IAS’ growth in the CEE region.
Hülse has been in the media industry for more than 20 years and prior to Joining IAS, Oliver held the position of Managing Director at Rocket Fuel. He started his career in digital media sales at German media companies such as, Verlagsgruppe Milchstrasse and Tomorrow Internet AG, before being appointed to VP International Operations at Interactive Media CCSP GmbH.
Managing Director, Italy, Spain and Portugal
Elisa Lupo joined Integral Ad Science in 2016 as Director of Italy and was appointed Managing Director of Italy, Spain and Portugal in 2021, to grow IAS’s presence across these important European growth markets.
Elisa has extensive experience in the European digital advertising industry. Prior to joining IAS, Elisa spent over four years at Exponential, joining as Sales Director in London, UK, moving up to Country Manager, Italy. Before Exponential, Elisa spent two years at Vibrant Media as International Sales and Business Development Manager.
Managing Director, Nordics
Björn Lindholm joined Integral Ad Science Stockholm office in 2018 as head of the company’s Nordic operations and to drive business across the region. He has more than a decade of experience in the Nordic digital advertising and technology industry, where he has led business development efforts for media companies in the digital advertising sector. Before working at IAS, Bjorn has held different management positions in companies in the media industry, establishing and building relationships with agencies, media and technology providers in the Nordic countries.
Managing Director, Northern Europe
Country Manager, ANZ
Jessica Miles is the Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand at Integral Ad Science. She is based in Sydney and in her current role, Jessica is leading the IAS business in the region, planning and executing the go-to-market strategy and business objectives for ANZ.
Previous to her current role, she held the position of ANZ Sales Director with IAS, driving the commercial efforts for the region.
Jessica has had extensive experience in adtech at InMobi and Pocketmath and on the publisher side at Fairfax Media. Her experience includes driving revenue growth and working with a range of clients from agencies, advertisers, and publishers.
Jessica holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Macquarie University and she also studied Negotiation at Harvard Business School.
Country Head, India
Mehul is the India Country Head, VP Engineering & Operations at Integral Ad Science. He has been supercharging IAS’s product innovation and growth mandate in India, driving the adoption of the company’s best-in-class measurement and verification solutions. Mehul leads a team of ad-tech experts to establish strategic relationships with brands and agencies, helping them maximize their investments and media quality for their digital advertising efforts.
He brings more than 20 years of experience in building and leading innovative technology businesses and has robust expertise in Engineering and R&D. Most recently, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Scan-IT, where he led technical and business operations. Previously, Mehul was the Director of Software at Fiserv, overseeing the delivery unit of the company’s Technology Centre of Excellence.
Mehul holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree with honors in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University.
Country Manager, Japan
Takeshi Yamaguchi serves as Country Manager, Japan at Integral Ad Science. In this role, he is responsible for leading and accelerating the company’s growth in the region. Takeshi and his team work closely with Japanese advertisers, publishers, and platforms.
Takeshi joined IAS in 2015 to help expand its operations in Japan, and he previously served as Sales Director. Prior to joining IAS, he held various roles at top advertising and technology companies, in both the U.S. and Japan, including comScore, HP Japan, and Experian Marketing Services.
Takeshi holds a Bachelors’s degree in Fine Arts in Film and TV from New York University, Tisch School of the Arts.
