A defining moment for IAS in 2025 was our acquisition by Novacap which I’m delighted to share we completed today. This marks an exciting new chapter for the company. As a private organization, we have greater flexibility to make strategic investments, pursue ambitious R&D initiatives, and continue evolving our AI-first platform — all in service of delivering even greater value to our customers and partners.
As we close out 2025, I’m incredibly proud of the category-defining progress the IAS team delivered. This year, we launched our Total Media Performance (TMP) suite for programmatic supply path optimization, introduced IAS Agent, our AI-powered assistant that activates campaigns, uncovers insights, and optimizes performance, and were named the sole recipient of Adweek’s Tech Stack Award for Measurement and Analytics. These milestones reflect the strength of our strategy, the depth of our innovation, and the dedication of our people.
Together, as #OneTeam, we delivered strong financial performance while accelerating our AI-first strategy and cementing IAS’s position as the global benchmark for media quality. Our classification capabilities reached new scale — now processing the equivalent of 70 years of video every day — driven by continued investment in innovation, including filing for 12 new patents e.g., our incredible Multimodel Understanding Model (MuM) which significantly advances how AI interrupts content at scale. We also earned the industry’s first ethical and responsible AI certification, alongside additional MRC accreditations, reinforcing our leadership in trust and transparency.
By embedding responsible, transparent AI across our solutions we translated innovation into performance results across the channels that matter most to our customers, helping advertisers and publishers drive stronger outcomes while maintaining trust in an increasingly complex digital ecosystem.
We scaled integrations with key platforms, including Amazon, Lyft, Meta, Nextdoor, Reddit, Snap, Spotify, and TikTok, while our industry-leading IAS Threat Lab intensified efforts to combat ad fraud, ad clutter, and MFA by neutralizing four global threat schemes and coordinating thousands of application takedowns, protecting thousands of advertisers and billions in spend. This work was recognized by Google, eMarketer, and others, underscoring IAS’s role as a trusted, independent authority in media quality.
As we enter 2026, our priorities are clear:
- Advance AI-powered innovation
AI will continue to shape media quality from protection through performance. We will accelerate the development of responsible AI solutions that deliver speed, accuracy, and actionable insights at scale. - Expand across high-growth channels and global markets
We will build on our momentum in social media, CTV, and emerging digital channels, expanding protection and performance capabilities where our customers are growing and investing. - Raise the bar for trust, transparency, and media quality
In an environment where brand safety, fraud prevention, and suitability are non-negotiable, IAS will continue to set the industry standard for rigorous, independent measurement — helping advertisers drive stronger ad performance and maximize return on investment.
I want to thank our employees for their passion, dedication, and relentless execution, as well as our beloved customers and partners for their trust, collaboration and inspiration.
2025 was a year of growth and transition. 2026 will be a year of acceleration — defined by increased investment, faster innovation, and continued expansion, all rooted in what makes IAS unique: an unwavering commitment to integrity, innovation, and measurable impact. Together, we will continue to elevate media quality and drive faster and stronger outcomes across the digital advertising ecosystem.
