Tell us a bit about yourself – who you are, what you do at IAS!
My name is Lisa Kopp Johnson and I joined IAS about 6 months ago as SVP of Global Agency Development and Brand Partnerships. I’m thrilled to be part of the journey of the global agency team to further drive our partnerships across our holding company clients!
What is your favourite thing about working at IAS?
It’s hard to pick one thing but definitely the people. The team at IAS has a genuine passion and dedication for our mission of making every impression count and quality media.
What is the biggest challenge agencies face in 2022?
I’d have to say market fragmentation. It’s becoming increasingly more challenging for marketers to have a holistic approach to their media strategies. A few great examples of this is looking at what is happening across the retail landscape or even within CTV. This is part of the reason why I’m so passionate about what we do at IAS to help provide holistic measurement solutions across all mediums.
How does the IAS Agency Development Team support agency customers?
Our core mission is to support our agency partners through education and thought leadership, jointly developing commercial revenue solutions and strategic integrations. All of this is executed globally but with regional and local needs in mind.
What would you like to “perfect” in 2022?
To perfect anything is such a feat! What I continually try to chase is finding the right balance of being a working mother and a sales leader.
What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
Always take the high road – you’ll never be sorry you did.

Warm, Strategic & Action Driven (technically 4 words!)
What’s your most hated industry jargon, phrase or word – be honest!
The “Year of”! Year of Mobile, Year of CTV….can’t stand the pressure this puts on us all.
Where can people find you when you’re not at work?
Spending time with my husband and wonderful two children. We love our family time playing outside and cooking together.
