I am delighted to announce that effective today, Sarah Martinez, our IAS SVP Sales for Americas, is promoted to the position of Chief Revenue Officer for the Buy-Side. This move will build on our strong momentum in our Go To Market execution globally, and it will strengthen the collaboration, consistency, and exceptional service we deliver to our customers.
During her three years at IAS, Sarah has consistently demonstrated Customer Obsession — one of our key company values. Sarah has been the voice of the customer inside IAS, driving innovative solutions, improving brand safety and return on investment for marketers. She combines this with her sharp business skills, technical sophistication, a relentless drive to win, passion for developing her team, and a strong conviction to Do the Right Thing for our teams and our customers – another core IAS value. Many of our recent global customer wins including Kimberly Clark, Ford and Hershey’s are due in no small part to Sarah’s leadership and her team’s strong execution, cross-functional partnership, and exceptional customer service.
Sarah’s promotion also marks the addition of another female leader to IAS’s senior management ranks, led by our CEO Lisa Utzschneider, CFO Tania Secor, and CHRO Lisa Nadler. It underscores a hallmark of our leadership philosophy at IAS: to develop, recognize and reward our talent. From new grads to the senior-most leaders, we believe in supporting the phenomenal talent at our company and giving them the resources, guidance, and space to grow their careers. Sarah consistently exhibits this philosophy in her work by developing and supporting those on her team and across the company, including serving as the Executive Sponsor of the IAS Parenting Employee Resource Group.
