The Challenge:
The client needed a more efficient targeting strategy to maximize results while minimizing spend on their key campaign.
OMD faced two major challenges in achieving this:
- Significant manual processes, such as constant monitoring and frequent adjustments within the DSP,
led to wasted resources and operational inefficiencies. - Underperforming campaigns due to insufficient optimizations made it difficult to consistently achieve
key performance targets.
Because of these challenges, the client struggled to confidently scale or optimize campaigns to achieve stronger outcomes.
The Approach: Dynamic Performance Profiles (DPP)
To tackle these challenges, OMD Hong Kong’s client, implemented Dynamic Performance Profiles (DPP) for their “APAC” campaign. As the first in the industry in APAC to test Dynamic Performance Profiles, the client conducted a focused one-month trial (from December 8, 2025 to January 7, 2026) to demonstrate the efficiency of the performance automation tool.
The Results: Better Performance, Lower Costs
Since implementing IAS’s Total Visibility with Dynamic Performance Profiles OMD’s client achieved significant improvements in their performance results, including higher click-through rates and lower costs per qualified visit and per click. These results led to a 6% increase in investment in quality impressions and a 22% improvement in media cost efficiency.
Overall, IAS helped OMD’s client drive more qualified traffic with greater cost efficiency, maximizing campaign effectiveness and ROI. As a result, the logistics and transportation brand is now better positioned to reach the right audiences, maximize business growth, and compete effectively in their market.
